The club and the team

The Académie d'Apnée Aquarius is above all the first Apnea Academy in Canada, as well as one of the only schools located in the greater Montreal area to offer Apnea Academy and CMAS training in Quebec.

Its mission is above all to train and train freedivings from all walks of life, to safe practices and the most up-to-date, to this wonderful sport that is sportive apnea.

Founded as a Canadian Non-Profit Organization (OBNL), it operates as a club, with active members, mentors, volunteers, etc.

Its role is mainly to offer economic solutions to the freedgeists who compose it, in order to finance as much as possible activities related to the practice of Apnea in Quebec.

This includes training, outings in the natural environment, internships, training, the organization of various events around apnea.

Recognized by the Fédération Québecoise des Activités Subaquatiques(FQAS),the school was created by three sports apnea enthusiasts:
